Shipping charges:
Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49 (edit this to match your actual rate).

Order tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or high order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent.
